Well what can i say besides, Awesome.... we were worried as in typical PE and there lack of enthusiasm in any regard would allow large areas of parking rather than cars.... Not the case... 17th Quarter was packed out with most the clubs attending in excess of 200 cars.... We had some cool import cars representing, lots of euro cars showing there old school themes, and a couple of in betweeners making up the rest of the great turn out...
We sold a couple tickets for the watch so thanks guys there, but we still have just over 50 to sell so please... the draw takes place when the rest have gone... We also had the pancakes rolling out so thanks to guys that put in the effort and money to make it happen.....
We have had interest from a lot of people to have some more and so we will.... We looking at every 3 months or so to keep the guys keen and allow for an always special event... Next time we looking at prizes fro best euro, best import... lowest car, that kind of thing... maybe even R10 entry to cover costs for the prizes and automatic entry into the competitions.....
Just a note.... guys who think its cool to race in the parking area..... its not... that should seem obvious but apparently its not... also, the sounds guys, its not a sounds competition so lets keep it down slightly so we can continue to use the great venue......
